Returning a Product

It’s possible that you may want to return an order, whether due to preferences or other reasons. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Upon return of the entire order, including delivery charges, you will be credited the full order amount. However, if only part of the order is returned, the delivery charges won’t be refunded. Return costs from your home to the store are your responsibility (approximately €6.95 per package; check your carrier’s website for exact rates).

To exercise this right, contact us at info@finance-watches.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after receiving the product back in good condition with all delivered accessories and ideally in its original packaging.

If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond necessary inspection, we may charge for depreciation. Please handle the product with care and ensure proper packaging for returns.

Return or Exchange Conditions:

• Within 30 days
• Unused and undamaged product
• Ideally returned neatly in the original undamaged packaging

Incorrect Delivery Address?
